WEDDINGS
Enjoy full access to our entire grounds including the tasting room, patio with outdoor bar, professionally landscaped gardens, lawn area with 15x20 tent & lawn games along with our waterfront ceremony site. Accommodates up to 75 people.
Choose from:
- Sunrise Package (between 9am – 2pm)
- Sunset Package (between 5pm – 10pm)
- Full Day Package (between 9am – 11pm)
Wedding Package Rental Includes:
- Event planning and coordination services
- Scheduled rehearsal and walk-through
- Two indoor bathrooms
- Self-serve water stations (max 2)
- Access to tasting room (max 50 guests), patio (max 50 guests) and lawn area
- Lawn seating (max of 75) and white garden chairs (max of 40)
- Set up & breakdown of chairs (no access to ceremony site during first 30 minutes of event & last 30 minutes of event so we can set up and breakdown chairs)
NOTE:
Lake Fire Winery will close to the public during Sunrise, Sunset, and Full Day packages; however, we are not responsible for pedestrians who may view or access the event from adjacent property, mainly Mid-Town Lake View park.
SPECIAL EVENTS
We have several casual spaces that you can reserve to gather with friend and family. These are excellent options for Welcome Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Showers, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, Business Meetings and Team Building Events.
TASTING ROOM
Cozy up to the tasting bar, sit at our 12’ long barrel table or relax in our lounge spaces. The tasting room has 2 wall-mounted TV’s that can be used to display media or presentation material. A variety of tables and chairs are available based on your event needs. Accommodates up to 50 people. Tasting Room reservations are available in the off season and before or after business hours.
OUTDOOR PATIO
Surrounded by our professionally landscaped gardens, our outdoor patio features a covered bar, umbrellas, barrel tables and a variety of seating options. Heaters and fire tables are available upon
request. Accommodates up to 50 people. The Patio cannot be reserved on Fridays & Saturdays between 2-6pm.
TENT ON LAWN
Nestled in the middle of our lawn, our 15x20 tent has a wonderful view of Lake Michigan to the East and our gardens to the West. This space can be set up to meet your needs with tables & chairs or left open for casual entertaining. Lawn games are available upon request. Accommodates up to 25 people. Tent reservations are available June - September
Special Event Rental Includes:
- Reserved access to the space(s) rented; public access to other areas of the facility
- Dedicated beverage service via staff member(s) for Tasting Room & Patio Rentals
- Event planning and coordination services
- Two indoor bathrooms
NOTE:
Lake Fire Winery will not close to the public during special event rentals. Rented area(s) will be posted as such and non-event guests will be informed of private event areas.
